Description
"How to Keep your Best Employees"
If you are like most of us, recruitment and retention are rising to the top as one of the biggest challenges facing our organizations today. Does it feel like it is hard to keep up? You are definitely not alone. Come join two local Human Resources Professionals that are currently living the life on this winding road of recruitment and retention. We’ll explore the current climate, some of the best practices we are working on and towards, and then end the session with input from you and a chance to connect with colleagues.
