He also serves as a co-manager of the multi-cap equity strategies Girard manages in-house. Tim is a frequent commentator in TV and print financial media\, including Bloomberg\, CNBC\, Fox Business\, the Wall Street Journal\, Reuters\, and Barron's. Tim graduated with a BS in Finance from West Chester University\, where he remains involved as an alumnus serving on a board dedicated to community service in the area. He is a CFA Society of Philadelphia member and was selected by the Philadelphia Business Journal in 2018 as a 40 Under 40 honoree.
