Most recently Jim was the director of HR compliance and ethics officer for Olympus corporation of the Americas in Center Valley\, PA. His vast industry knowledge includes workplace policy development and HR compliance as well as design\, delivery of training programs focused on a variety of compliance-related topics\, ranging from harassment prevention\, to ethics and integrity best practices.
