DESCRIPTION:VIRTUAL DEDICATION CERMONY\n\nThe Grand View Auxiliary cordially invites you to participate in its 37th Annual Festival of Lights. The funds raised become part of the Auxiliary's annual gift to Grand View Health.\n\nOur program will be presented in a new way this year. In light of the Coronavirus health concerns\, the Dedication Ceremony will be brought to you in a virtual format at 7:00 pm on Wednesday\, December 2. The program will be the same as previous years with a Welcome Message\, Holiday Music\, Reading of the Names\, and the Illumination of Trees outside the Main Lobby of the hospital. Details are being finalized and this page will soon be updated with information to attend the Virtual Event.\n\nYou can help illuminate the trees in front of the hospital by making a contribution:\n\n  To memorialize someone special to you\n\n  To honor a person or organization\n\n  To recognize a cancer survivor or\n\n  To celebrate the birth of a baby\n\nDedicate a light for this season by donating $20 for each person or organization that you would like to honor or memorialize. The name will be displayed in the hospital for all to see throughout the year.\n\nOr dedicate a light for years to come by donating $100 per name. We will continue to illuminate a light each year in their honor or memory. Names will also be added to the Eternal Tree plaques displayed in the hospital.\n\nCelebrate the birth of a baby by donating $20 for a handcrafted paper ornament with your baby's name and date of birth to be placed on The Baby Tree in the Main Lobby of the Hospital. For your donation of $100\, a handcrafted glass ornament with the name and date of birth of your child will be placed on The Baby Tree. In addition\, the baby's name will be added to the Eternal Tree plaque located in the Maternity Department.\n\nRed lights are used to decorate a special tree in honor of cancer survivors. All other lights are white.\n\nDedication forms are available as follows. Note that dedications received by November 11\, 2020\, will be included in the Virtual Dedication Ceremony on December 2.
