DESCRIPTION:Many small businesses are feeling more and more pressure to address employee wellbeing differently than in the past. Employees are looking for more than just the availability of an EAP from their employers nowadays   particularly younger Gen Z employees. Wellbeing areas now trending include mental health\, employees' personal wellness\, telehealth and holistic approaches to caring for the whole employee\, not just the work aspects. In addition\, stress management and work-life balance are issues being addressed by larger employers to remain competitive\, putting pressure on smaller employers to match these benefits and cultural norms on some level to keep attrition at bay.\n\n \n\nJoin us for our quarterly roundtable to delve into the latest trends presented by Jim Devine\, and participate idea-sharing with our group of HR and operational leaders.\n\n \n\n\n\nJim Devine - Univest Insurance HR Practice Leader\n\nJim is an attorney and human resources executive with over 25 years of experience\, serving in various legal and human resources capacities throughout his career. Jim previously served as President and CEO of of the MidAtlantic Employers' Association "MEA" \, a member-based organization serving small to mid-sized employers in the tri-state area. Most recently Jim was the director of HR compliance and ethics officer for Olympus corporation of the Americas in Center Valley\, PA. His vast industry knowledge includes workplace policy development and HR compliance as well as design\, delivery of training programs focused on a variety of compliance-related topics\, ranging from harassment prevention\, to ethics and integrity best practices. \n\n\n\nPARKING INSTRUCTIONS: Univest HR Roundtable Parking\n\n There is a parking lot across Main Street between the church and the auto service station.  There is also parking all along the front of the building   no meters   FREE!  Please do not park in the lots behind the building.
