SUMMARY:Keynote Program/Networking Buffet Luncheon at Business Expo 2019
DESCRIPTION:Young Entrepreneurs Panel Discussion\n\n\n\nScott Hackman will lead a fascinating and informative panel discussion with young entrepreneurs on topics ranging from with dealing with VUCA (Volatility\, Uncertainty\, Complexity and Ambiguity) to helping their employees thrive in the new workplace. He has built an executive leadership coaching practice to help organizations thrive in the midst of VUCA. Scott Hackman Ventures\, LLC is a business advisor and executive coach who helps business owners and their leaders grow through VUCA. (Volatility\, Uncertainty\, Complexity\, and Ambiguity)\n\n\n\nQuestions will include: \n\n\n	Why young leaders are choosing entrepreneurship?\n	What are the challenges they face in business because of VUCA?\n	How do they apply their leadership to manage change and help people thrive? \n	What does networking look like younger leaders as a way to mitigate risks and gain resources?\n\nModerator: Scott Hackman\, Principal\, Scott Hackman Ventures\n\nBefore starting Scott Hackman Ventures\, Scott had 10+ years of experience in establishing new businesses and helping businesses grow. He co-founded a specialty coffee company and launched it as a regional brand. He has also advised and coached owners through 60 leadership and ownership transitions\, specializing in the development of next-generation leadership programs. He wants to inspire others to adapt during periods of VUCA by developing self-leadership skills and adopting practices and principles to build momentum for growth.\n\n\n\nPanelists include:\n\n\n	Jason Donmoyer\, Co-Founder Threddies \n\n\n\nHe spends his day applying technology to any aspect of Threddies where it can improve operations and help in growing the business. Jason is also responsible for research and development ensuring that Threddies is prepared for future changes and market needs. Jason has been involved in organically growing several organizations from small startups into medium sized businesses and ultimately onto acquisition.\n\n\nAndrea Hackman\, President\, One Village Coffee\n\nAndrea is one of those people where a set career didn't come naturally. Growing up\, she was considered the typical Jack-of-all-trades\, master-of-none. Her passion was people and service but making that a career didn't seem viable. It wasn't until Andrea moved to Texas and began working in a large HR outsourcing and consulting firm\, that she discovered her love for business. \n\nIt was during her MBA coursework that her family began traveling and brainstorming about the idea of doing business differently. She focused every project on the idea of One Village Coffee. Writing the initial business plan\, Andrea was part of the founding team that launched One Village Coffee in 2007. Her initial role was focused on operations and finance. In 2012 as a result of a family meeting\, Andrea was identified as the family's desired successor for One Village Coffee. Andrea returned to One Village Coffee in 2014 and became President in 2016. For Andrea\, she found her "sweet spot" with One Village Coffee that combines her personal passions of people\, service and business. \n\n\n	Kyle Hoff\, Owner\, Hoff Properties\, LLC \n\n\n\nKyle graduated from Temple University with a degree in civil engineering. In 2007\, a construction accident left him paralyzed from the shoulders down with very limited arm movement. After years of physical therapy and adjusting to his new life as a quadriplegic he longed for the challenge and excitement of large construction projects. A passion for small businesses and preserving old buildings led to the founding of Hoff Properties.\n\n\n	Courtnee Wampole\, Owner\, Get It\, Got It\, LLC\n\nCourtnee Wampole is the owner of Get It Got It\, a full-service screen printing\, embroidery\, and promotional products company located in Souderton. After graduating cum laude from The Pennsylvania State University in 2010 with a BA in Public Relations\, she attended Villanova University School of Law\, where she received her J.D. in 2013. Following the birth of her first child in 2015\, she decided to leave the legal world and join her husband\, Bryan\, in running the family business. Courtnee brings her in-depth knowledge and experience of both business and the law to the table while running the day-to-day operations at Get It Got It. \n\n\n\n\n\nStay for a productive networking lunch and then tour the Exhibit Hall before heading back to work.
