Join Nathan Good of Customized Coaching as he discusses the issue with Pastor Dave Kratz\, East Swamp Mennonite  Learn as Dave Kratz shares his experience managing a mostly Gen Z workforce. Dave has developed and led a team of mostly Gen Z managers overseeing over 15 employees. Consider best practices for engaging younger generations as well as the needs specific to the newest adults in the workforce.\n\n\n\nDave Kratz is the Executive Director and Founder of Free Fall Action Sports and Pastor of Team Leadership and Outreach for East Swamp Church which is actively involved with the organization. Dave earned his bachelor's degree in biblical studies and a master's degree in organizational leadership from Carin University. He is a father to three kids: Emily\, Kaylee\, and Tim\, and is happily married to his wife Karen Kratz. He loves to share his faith in Jesus\, spend time with his family and community\, and see people learn and grow at Free Fall. Did you know: Dave used to ride professionally for motocross\, and it inspired him to create a place like Free Fall?\n\n\n\nFree Fall began as a grassroots initiative to meet a specific need at the Quakertown community skate park. Free Fall Action Sports provides athletes and fans a positive\, encouraging environment where they can belong\, develop their skills and abilities\, and be introduced to the true adventure of knowing and following Jesus. Our vision is to see Action Sports parks and enthusiasts surrounded by people who believe in them and want to see them succeed now and in the future in both recreation and life.
