Join us for our quarterly roundtable to delve into the latest trends presented by Jim Devine, and participate idea-sharing with our group of HR and operational leaders. Our thanks to Univest for sponsoring the HR Roundtables series in 2025. These informal discussions focus on pertinent issues that affect today's workplace. Light breakfast provided.
Jim is an attorney and human resources executive with over 25 years of experience, serving in various legal and human resources capacities throughout his career. Jim previously served as President and CEO of of the MidAtlantic Employers' Association "MEA" , a member-based organization serving small to mid-sized employers in the tri-state area. Most recently Jim was the director of HR compliance and ethics officer for Olympus corporation of the Americas in Center Valley, PA. His vast industry knowledge includes workplace policy development and HR compliance as well as design, delivery of training programs focused on a variety of compliance-related topics, ranging from harassment prevention, to ethics and integrity best practices.
