Chris Stanley The presentation on Sensitivity Awareness in a time of #MeToo lets attendees take another look at their workplace and provide tools to help build more inclusive environments that address not only Anti-Harassment and Anti-Retaliation but also Unconscious Biases; biases that many of us are unaware we are allowing to creep into our decision making processes. In light of today’s heightened awareness of Me 2, we will share real-life examples and provide recommendations that will help attendees address things that may be coming up in their management of every day human resources issues.
