June 13, 2024 UNIVEST TRAINING CENTER While the Great Resignation may be over, some of the post-Covid dynamics that many employers experienced are unfortunately still a reality. Employers in many sectors are still having trouble filling positions, and the inexplicable and frustrating trend of being “ghosted” by scheduled interviewees can prolong the recruitment cycle for difficult-to-fill positions. Keeping pace with generational expectations around work, flexibility, pay and benefits is as much of a challenge as ever, and many employers are feeling a level of exhaustion between recruitment and retention challenges. Add Artificial Intelligence to the mix, particularly with recruitment engines and candidate screening, and the dynamics become even more complex.HR Roundtable - Candidate Recruitment & Employee Retention
