Well-established Upper Bucks County law firm, Weber Kracht & Chellew, is seeking a full time Associate Attorney to join our team-oriented practice. Our firm represents clients in Bucks, Montgomery, Philadelphia, Lehigh, and surrounding counties. We are seeking a motivated attorney with exceptional communication, litigation, and client relation skills. The candidate must be extremely organized, efficient, detail-oriented and possess strong interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate should have litigation experience, preferably civil. The candidate must have the ability to work independently and effectively with colleagues and clients, as well as be proficient in technology, legal research, and other computer/web-based data sources. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated attorney seeking to grow a practice and handle a challenging case load from pleadings to mediation, arbitration, or trial. Remote capability. We are open to hybrid flexibility after 90 days of employment for the right candidate. The firm has some of the most up to date, trusted case management software, as well as solid support staff and mentoring.

Requirements:

Membership in the PA Bar

Minimum of 1 to 2 years of civil litigation experience – insurance defense preferred. Experience in municipal law or as judicial law clerk is a plus.
