Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the workplace and emerging as both a creative thought partner and productivity enhancer. On April 2nd, Meghan Harrison and Jim Devine will guide a discussion exploring AI from multiple angles, including policy, ethics, organizational readiness, risk, and liability. Participants will be invited to share their experiences with AI tools and the opportunities and challenges they are encountering. Please join us for this collaborative discussion!

GUEST MODERATOR: Meghan Harrison
Meghan Harrison is a senior consultant at The Center Consulting Group in Dublin. She brings experience in law, temperament, team dynamics, organizational assessment and planning, and conflict mediation. Previously, she worked as a litigation associate at Troutman Pepper Locke. Her expansive community service background has allowed her to serve as an event coordinator for a nonprofit and a public speaker for health advocacy. She has also served on nonprofit boards. She holds a J.D. from William & Mary Law School and a B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Tulsa.
Jim Devine - Univest Insurance HR Practice Leader
Jim is an attorney and human resources executive with over 25 years of experience, serving in various legal and human resources capacities throughout his career. Jim previously served as President and CEO of of the MidAtlantic Employers' Association "MEA" , a member-based organization serving small to mid-sized employers in the tri-state area. Most recently Jim was the director of HR compliance and ethics officer for Olympus corporation of the Americas in Center Valley, PA. His vast industry knowledge includes workplace policy development and HR compliance as well as design, delivery of training programs focused on a variety of compliance-related topics, ranging from harassment prevention, to ethics and integrity best practices.
