This leadership forum is guided by Scott Hackman (Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant) and James Mast (Penn Foundation and James Mast Counseling). They will present and discuss what people are going through mentally and emotionally right now because of all the rapid change caused by COVID-19 impact to business and life. This will be a forum for the participants to ask questions so that they learn how to coach themselves and their team members in business, family and organizational change. The goal is to build resilient leadership in our daily life and work. Most of you are doing this already, so it will be good to hear from the members as we all work together to build a healthy and thriving virtual leadership community.
