Nicholas F. Castellano
Nick Castellano, a member of the Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities, graduated with honors in 1978 from East Stroudsburg University. Since that time, Nick has worked in various facets of the insurance industry, enabling him to broaden his knowledge with creative ways to meet the need of his clients.
 
Prior to founding Castle Benefits Consulting Group, Nick spent twelve years as Vice President of Employee Benefits for one of the largest brokerage houses in the United States.
 
Over the years, Nick has been involved with many youth groups and has served on various non-profit committees to raise money and awareness for children and their families

 
Renzo Luzzatti
Kenzo Luzzatti, President and CEO, Right Rx, LLC
Renzo has over 25 years’ experience in the health care industry with a primary focus in managed care, pharmacy, and pharmacy benefits.  His healthcare career has included management roles in almost every facet of the pharmacy world from drug development, manufacturing, and marketing to dispensing and care delivery as well as pharmacy benefit risk management.  He has also founded five companies throughout his career.

He has an undergraduate degree in Biology and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.  He has served in numerous management capacities at well-known companies including Ernest & Young, Abbot Laboratories, and WellPoint/Anthem.   He co-founded Right Rx, LLC in 2007 to address identified service and efficiency gaps in the pharmacy benefit market-place.  Right Rx, LLC has since become a valued, reliable business partner to benefits management firms, health plans, and self-funded employers large and small.
Gary Becker
Gary Becker is on the passionate pursuit to eliminate wasteful spending in a company’s health plan.
As an industry expert with 30+ years in the health insurance and self-funding space, Gary has identified the Achilles Heel with two letters – RX.

In 2013, Gary formed ScriptSourcing with the sole focus to help employers provide affordable medications for their employees and attack the rapidly increasing prescription costs impacting their business.
Gary is an active thought leader in the benefits community as the author of two books, Doing More with Less and the best-seller, Breaking the Status Quo: How Innovative Companies Are Changing the Benefits Game.
 
Joe Kozak
Joe Kozak, Homestead Smart Health Plans, Vice President, Business Development
Joe is a results-oriented leader in the employee benefits industry.  He has a proven track record of new business development, building strong relationships, delivering profitable growth and exceptional customer service.  During his 30-year career Joe has worked for insurance company giants like: CIGNA, Aetna, Humana and Voya (previously ING).  Joe has extensive knowledge of fully insured and self-funded health plans with special emphasis on medical management and cost containment.  Joe is an active member with the Greater Philadelphia Association of Health Underwriters (GPAHU), PEBA and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)
