Welcome to The Cooking Studio’s virtual class, Paella Party! In this class, you’ll learn how to make a delicious Spanish meal that’s perfect for a  night in.

Chef Shelby will guide you through every step of the process, from preparing the ingredients to plating the finished dishes. You’ll start by making a classic Chicken & Chorizo Paella, a flavorful and hearty dish that’s a staple of Spanish cuisine.

Next up, you’ll learn how to mix a perfect Spanish gin & tonic, a refreshing cocktail that’s the perfect complement to your meal. You’ll also learn about the history and tradition behind this popular drink.

To balance out the richness of the paella, you’ll make a Marcona Almond, Manchego and Kale Salad, a light and flavorful side dish that’s packed with nutrients.

Finally, you’ll finish off the meal with a classic Spanish Flan, a rich and creamy dessert that’s sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Throughout the class, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to ask questions and interact with the chef and your fellow students. You’ll come away from this class with a newfound appreciation for Spanish cuisine and the skills to recreate this delicious meal at home.
