We are seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Office Manager / Accounting Assistant to join our team at our Harleysville, PA office. Flexible part-time hours are available. Some accounting background is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Human Resources support
- Data entry
- Purchase order processing
- Health insurance administration
- Accounts Payable (A/P)
- Subcontractor administration
- Notary services (required)
Qualifications
- Previous office management and/or accounting experience preferred
- Construction industry experience a plus, but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Proficiency with basic office and accounting software
