Benner & White Construction, Inc. is a well-established construction company with 47 years in business, and we are growing! We are seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Office Manager / Accounting Assistant to join our team at our Harleysville, PA office. Flexible part-time hours are available. Some accounting background is preferred.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Human Resources support
  • Data entry
  • Purchase order processing
  • Health insurance administration
  • Accounts Payable (A/P)
  • Subcontractor administration
  • Notary services (required)

Qualifications

  • Previous office management and/or accounting experience preferred
  • Construction industry experience a plus, but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
  • Proficiency with basic office and accounting software
