What You'll Do 

Tax Services 

• Lead preparation and review of complex individual, corporate, partnership, and S-Corp tax returns 

• Provide tax planning strategies, projections, and resolve notices with tax authorities 

• Serve as a tax resource to staff, providing guidance and review support 

Accounting & Assurance 

• Prepare and/or review financial statements for various entities with high accuracy 

• Maintain awareness of evolving accounting standards and provide recommendations to clients 

• Oversee engagements to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance 

Client Engagement & Advisory 

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients 

• Understand client goals, provide proactive advice, and identify opportunities for improvement 

• Facilitate client meetings, present financial results, and support strategic decision-making 

Leadership & Team Contribution 

• Collaborate with partners and team members to support firm-wide initiatives 

• Mentor, coach, and provide feedback to Staff and Associate-level team members 

• Contribute to process improvements, technology adoption, and efficiencies within the firm

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 

• CPA license required (or significant progress toward completion) 

• 3+ years of public accounting experience preferred 

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills 

• Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines independently 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; QuickBooks and tax software experience preferred 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• Willingness to work extended hours during peak tax season
