What You’ll Do as a Staff Accountant

• Tax Services
  • Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and S-Corp tax returns
  • Assist with tax planning, projections, and notice resolution
• Accounting & Assurance
  • Prepare financial statements for various entities
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of accounting standards
• Client Engagement
  • Communicate directly with clients to collect information and answer questions
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships
  • Work with clients to improve their businesses
• Team Contribution
  • Collaborate with partners, team leaders, and other staff to provide integrated solutions
  • Assist in technology application changes

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA license or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with QuickBooks is a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working both independently and with a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Work extended hours during tax season
