Billing Specialist / Administrative Assistant

Bergey’s Electric, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to support our accounting and operations teams. This position combines billing responsibilities with general administrative support.
Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and timely
  • Review work orders and supporting documentation for billing
  • Assist with collections and customer account inquiries
  • Maintain billing records and customer files
  • Answer phones and assist customers professionally
  • Support scheduling, data entry, filing, and office administration
  • Assist management with reports and special projects as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous billing, bookkeeping, or accounting support experience preferred
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
