Porter + Guide Wealth Management is seeking a Business Development Director to lead the growth and expansion of our employer-sponsored retirement plan services. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who enjoys cultivating new opportunities, deepening existing partnerships, and representing the firm in the business and community marketplace. The Business Development Director blends strategic growth leadership with client-facing relationship management. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our retirement plan advisory presence by engaging business owners, centers of influence, and plan sponsors, while coordinating the delivery of high-quality advisory solutions for employers and their employees.
 
Business Development Director – Retirement Plans Position Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in a leadership position required; experience in a professional services role, preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a service line from the ground up and a successful track record of building new and strengthening existing relationships in a business setting
• Previous experience in the wealth management industry, retirement or financial services industry, a plus
• Demonstrated proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office Suite
