Role Description

TriValley Primary Care is seeking a full-time Human Resources Generalist to join our team on-site in Perkasie, PA. The HR Generalist will manage and oversee various human resource functions, including the implementation of HR policies, administration of employee benefits, and compliance with legal standards. This role will also involve supporting HR management initiatives, assisting with recruitment efforts, handling employee relations, and serving as a resource for HR-related inquiries. HR is responsible for provider credentialing with our participating payors as well. The individual in this role will contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience and knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Strong understanding of HR Policies and compliance with employment laws
  • Proficiency in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
  • Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus
