Come one, come all to the Mennonite Heritage Center on Monday, February 2nd, 2026, where we will observe the 11th Annual Harleysville Hank Groundhog Day Extravaganza starting at 6:45 a.m. Harleysville Hank, our local weather prognosticator, will announce either more weeks of winter or the start of spring. Gather at the Mennonite Heritage Center’s historic Nyce Barn for coffee, hot chocolate, fresh homemade scrapple, Harleysville Hank’s prognostication, and rousing Groundhog Carols. To mark the occasion, St. Luke’s University Health Network is pleased to announce that its newly created St. Luke’s College of Health Sciences has begun accepting applications for its inaugural class, which will begin in May 2026.
The College, which shares a campus with St. Luke’s University Hospital – Bethlehem, is now enrolling students at www.StLukesCollege.org for the following programs:
