Gabrielli Truck Sales is currently seeking to fill a position in our Parts Department as a Parts Counter Associate at our Coopersburg, PA location.
Work Location: in person – Coopersburg, PA
Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday 2:30pm to 11:00pm
Expected Salary Range: $45K to $55K
Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with phone and in-person parts inquiries and orders
- Working with our Service Department on shop parts needs
- Monitoring email requests
- Answering phones and emails promptly and professionally
- Re-stocking the showroom when necessary
- Arranging deliveries for phone orders with Shipping and Receiving

Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service focused
- Must be able to clearly communicate via telephone
- Must be able to use web-based applications to find replacement parts
- Must be willing to learn and retain information
- Ability to follow directions
- Valid Driver's License
- Positive attitude
- Will need to have the ability to sit, squat, bend, pull, and lift up to 50lbs
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, MVR & drug screen
