Parts Manager

Gabrielli Truck Sales is currently seeking to fill a position in our Parts Department as a Parts Manager at our Bristol, PA location. 

This role involves delegating and directing tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and managing team members to ensure that the team's objectives and sales goals are met.

The Parts Manager will handle customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers. Additionally, the Parts Manager will assist with or perform administrative tasks, such as managing and updating invoices, processing new orders, and tracking inventory. The Parts Manager will also monitor department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen recurring issues. Auditing work and customer service is essential to ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met. Maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers, dealers, and sales representatives is crucial for success in this role. 

Work Location: In person Bristol, PA

Salary Range: $55K to $75K plus department performance-based bonuses.  Final offer will be based on industry knowledge, skill and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the parts department team to achieve high performance standards in customer service, inventory management, and operational efficiency.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as managing invoices and processing new orders.
  • Track inventory and monitor department issues and client complaints.
  • Create processes to lessen recurring issues in the parts department.
  • Audit work and customer service to ensure high standards and productivity goals are met.
  • Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, dealers, and sales representatives.
  • Help train new employees in company procedures.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and innovations.
