HVAC Service Technician III (5 Years Experience)

Are you an experienced HVAC technician looking for a company that appreciates quality workmanship, provides steady work, and values customer relationships? We’re looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician III with at least 5 years of experience to join our growing team.
In this role, you’ll diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You’ll also serve as a trusted advisor to customers by recommending air quality and comfort solutions that best meet their needs.
As one of our senior technicians, you’ll help mentor and train junior mechanics while ensuring every installation and service call is completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Do
Diagnose, maintain, repair, and install HVAC systems.
Install replacement equipment and components according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
Recommend indoor air quality and comfort solutions that fit each customer’s needs.
Perform preventive maintenance, warranty work, and emergency service calls.
Maintain an organized inventory of parts, tools, and equipment.
Lead and train installation and service technicians.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every job.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of HVAC installation and service experience.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
EPA Certification (preferred/required if applicable).
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship.
