As the Lead Technician, you’ll oversee appliance deliveries and installations from start to finish, ensuring every job is completed safely, professionally, and to the highest standards.
What You’ll Do
Deliver and professionally install household appliances.
Lead the delivery team to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
Load and secure appliances for safe transport.
Drive company delivery vehicles safely.
Coordinate with the appliance department to ensure on-time deliveries.
Inspect installations and verify customer satisfaction before leaving each job.
Educate customers on appliance operation when appropriate.
Maintain company equipment and follow all safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For
Experience delivering and installing household appliances.
Leadership experience or the ability to lead a team.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to safely lift and move heavy appliances.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Dependable, professional, and safety-minded.
